We are looking for someone with experience in small restaurants.
We are a 30 seat restaurant, just starting out and growing.
Experience managing a bar from inventory to scheduling, menu creation and ordering.
Some nights might have to take care of the wood. Sometimes might have to serve/host.
The restaurant is chef run and the kitchen runs and explains the food to guests. Cocktail menu matches the food in flavours, techniques and respect for good quality product.
